This programme is open to all ages and ideal for those who want to build a career in agricultural machinery sales. You’ll learn how to connect with customers, understand our innovative products inside-out, and develop the skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Training is delivered in partnership with Belfast Metropolitan College, with real-world experience gained through the Quad-X sales and business team.
Your journey might include:

If you’re mechanically minded, love solving problems, and want to build a career in engineering, this apprenticeship is your launchpad.
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on real projects — from machine builds to testing prototypes. Learn everything from hydraulics and diagnostics to mechanical systems and machining.

If you’re organised, curious, and want a future in business operations, planning, logistics, or technical support — this programme blends commercial know-how with practical engineering insight.
You’ll rotate through departments to discover where your strengths lie — from marketing to logistics, planning to technical sales.

Want a degree-level qualification without student loans? This advanced programme lets you learn, earn, and gain high-level skills while working on meaningful projects in design, product development, systems, or manufacturing.
Specialist areas include:
Technical Services – Cost estimation, supplier quality, and lean manufacturing
Design & CAD – Turn ideas into real machines
Product Development – Test, refine, and launch innovative solutions
Systems Engineering – Hydraulics, electrics, and power systems
Manufacturing & Quality – Continuous improvement and project delivery
What you’ll gain:
NVQ Levels 2, 3 & 4 in Engineering Manufacturing
Level 4 Technical Qualification (Foundation Degree equivalent)
Commercial experience across your chosen field
