The Quad-X Aerator is a favourite among greenkeepers and organic farmers alike. Its strong steel blades and clever design help water drain, nutrients absorb, and oxygen reach root systems for healthier growth. With built-in weight carriers for tougher ground and simple attachment to most ATVs or compact tractors, it’s a reliable solution for anyone looking to boost soil health without the need for heavy machinery.
Unique staggered rotor design
The blades are arranged in a staggered pattern so only a few enter the ground at once. This reduces the strain on your quad or tow vehicle and helps lower horsepower requirements – making it more cost-efficient to run.
Durable, tapered steel blades
Fitted with 24 tough, sloped steel blades that cut cleanly into the soil to a depth of 6” (152mm), with minimal sod lift and cleaner exits for effective aeration.
Integrated weight carriers
Two handy weight carriers allow you to insert bricks or blocks for added pressure on compacted soils – no need to buy separate weights.
Easy vehicle attachment
Attaches quickly to any ATV or vehicle with a tow ball, or choose a clevis hitch for lawn/garden tractors. Adaptable and secure for convenience across uses.
Transport wheels with turf tyres
Fitted with turf-friendly tyres for safe, easy movement between work areas without damaging the grass or lawn surface.
Tool-free adjustment system
Effortlessly switch between transport and working positions using quick-release pins – no tools required.

Yes, it is suitable for various soil types including clay, loam, and sandy soils. Additional weight in the form of breeze blocks can be added based on soil conditions and terrain.
Aeration frequency depends on soil condition and use. Generally, aerate at least once or twice a year, especially in compacted areas or high-traffic zones, typically in spring or autumn if ground conditions permit.
